  PUB regulars have been given a stay of execution in Abbeydale. The Ridge and Furrow, in Glevum Way, was due to have time called on March 24 but will now be open until at least the end of summer. However, it came as supermarket bosses confirmed they are keen to turn the site into petrol station. Morrisons representatives will meet with city planners soon to go over their plans.
