Great job
In 2011 I contacted Steve after seeing an ad in the Sentinel. He fitted a door which was done to perfection. I recently contacted Steve to fit another two doors and seven windows. I never contacted anyone else as I knew no one could compete with the workmanship and value. Steve is a nice pleasent guy who wont rip you off and and you can rest assured that the job will be done to the customers satisfaction. Newford Plastics - Brilliant service, Quality work & Great Price
After reading the reviews, I contacted Steve for a quote to supply and fit new windows at my son's house. His quote was substantially cheaper than two other quotes received and top quality A-rated windows (Listers) would be provided. The work was started on the agreed date and the finished result is brilliant. Steve is a truly dedicated craftsman who takes pride in his quality of work and his customer service is excellent. Great Customer Service
Steve from Newford Plastics recently came out and quoted for 2 new doors and a window. His prices were very competitive, however what made me choose Steve was his customer service skills. He responded both to emails and voicemails quickly and efficiently. He turned up to quote and measure when he said he would be there. I knew when I offered him the job that I would be getting a good quality and reliable service. I knew he would use the utmost care and attention when doing the job and would treat our home as if it were his own. We were not dissappointed. As expected he arrived when he said he would, completed the job with great care and skill and throughout the whole experience was warm, friendly, welcoming and totally reliable. Great priced quotes are easy to achieve in this highly competitive market, but that which is not as easy to achieve is finding a tradesman who is reliable, honest, courteous and respectful of your property. This is where Steve shines head and shoulders above anyone else we have dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

A local Tradesman you can really trust
I am absolutely delighted with Newford Plastics' recent work on my house. Having elicited quotes from other (national) double glazing companies I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonableness of Newford's quote. I was also relieved not to be subjected to a hard sell, and very grateful for the sound, impartial advice I received from Steve. I also felt reassured that Steve is well-known locally.
The installation team was meticulously clean, tidy and pleasant. There was not a single fingerprint on my lovely new windows and doors. My wallpaper and paintwork remain intact. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and much admired by my neighbours.
In short, I have no hesitation in recommending Newford Plastics as outstandingly good double glaziers.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!!
I would definately recommend Steve from Newford Plastics to ANYONE! He quoted on 20.01.11 (VERY reasonable) and did the job today 27.01.11. He arrived on time and only stopped when I forced him to have some food. The quality of workmanship is second to none, he left no mess whatsoever and he even did a few extra bits that weren't in the quote for NOTHING! You don't get anything like this sort of service usually. Steve himself is very polite and curteous and nothing seems to be too much trouble. If you're thinking of having anything done with your doors or windows I suggest you ring Steve before trying anyone else.... You won't be disappointed. Amazing service /highly recommend to everyone
I recently had a new patio door installed and i was really pleased with the service!.steve was polite and on time and there was no hidden extras in the prices.Steve fitted the door and finished when he said he would and did an amazing job too.The sound prove door has made such a difference,i can no longer hear my husband when i am in the conservatory,and he is in the living room watching his very loud action packed movie!.My living room is now lots warmer and everyone has commented on how good the doors were.I would recommed newford plastics to everyone.i'am very happy with the finished product!!!and the price!!!
